Zhongli, the beloved ex-Archon, had been spending the last few years of his life alone: in fact, he had absolutely nobody to care for him. One day, Tartaglia had decided to show up and attempt to wreck havoc within his beloved city, which he had worked so hard to maintain. As the calamity died down, life had slowly returned back to normal, leaving the poor man stranded, with nothing to do.
