My Hero Academia does not belong to me, and this is more based off of the sub. Oh and keep in mind that some of the things in the anime/manga have been changed to fit the story a little bit more (however I've tried my best to make the characters seem as close to their canon personalities as possible)

Name: Skye Aishi (スカイアイシ)

Age: 15

Quirk: Animalistic
They have multiple abilities that come with this Quirk. They can summon these phantom-like creatures that come in the shape of cats from its finger tips. There's two of them, they're names are Midnight and Nightlight, and are known as the PhantoNights. They can also merge with them, which gives it the legs and paws of a cat, and also increases their speed. Another part of their Quirk is its eyes, tail, nose, and ears. They have the eyes of a cat, the ears and nose of a wolf, and the tail of a fox. Not to mention their animal-like fangs. Additionally, they can converse with animals as if they were speaking to their in their language.
