Lumine is just back from one of a mission she is given by the Acting Grandmaster Jean. She must retrieve a sacred staff near Dragonspine. After she got back to Mondstadt to bring the staff to the Grandmaster Jean, she walk to the tavern to visit Diluc and talk to him while sending a message Jean needed. She bump into Venti who seems to be a bit 'drunk'. But still, she have a crush on Venti and couldn't help but still be calm. She don't understand what feeling she had and silently talk to Diluc about the message and her feelings. And it turn out that she's in lovee!!
