We have now left the store and are out of ear shot so I said, "You dated that?" and she's a terrible person, I get to shame her if I want to. "Believe me, I'm embarrassed too." he responded with a chuckle. Our hands are still interlocked but this time, there's no part to play. Best friends, am I right? ***** To know Dionne Adler was to know what true peace was... or that's how it appears. Her greatest friends were the words written on pages that either famous authors wrote, her father's or sometimes her own. She always got good grades in school because she wasn't one of those people that would prioritize relationships rather than her future. Not that romance ever interested her anyway. At least until him. He was a breath of fresh air after being suffocated for so long. She didn't know what drove her to him but she had to have him. Grayson Spade was your classic hopeless romantic. He always wanted what he couldn't have for the thrill of the chase and the feeling of falling. His biggest fault was always falling too fast and he swore to never make that mistake again. But the moment he met her, he knew he couldn't let her go. There was something about her that he admired and it was nothing that he'd ever seen before. He had to have her. They were polar opposite's but yet, they were still each other's balance. ***** This story contains mature language and scenes. Proceed with caution. There will be a warning before any type of violence or mature scenes. ***** Highest rankings: #1 in dionne #1 in best friends to lovers #6 in college romance #9 in sprite #4 in mcdonald's

Here she is. I can see the slope of her spine through that thin shirt. She's made of angles I ache to smooth with a hand, but I'd use my lips if she asked. I brush her knuckles with mine. Her skin is cold, but she flips her palm for more contact. I lace our fingers. It's enough to make her look at me. As those kaleidoscopic eyes meet mine, I hold my breath. Then she sets her lips just under my jaw. It rips the air from my lungs. It's the softest thing I've ever felt. "What was that for," I breathe. She pulls back, lashes damp, and whispers, "You're the kind of person that should be kissed." 𝙝π™ͺ𝙧𝙩 π™₯π™šπ™€π™₯π™‘π™š 𝙝π™ͺ𝙧𝙩 π™₯π™šπ™€π™₯π™‘π™š BOOK TWO C O N T A I N S : ❀︎ mature content ❀︎ romance & friendship ❀︎ yearning Copyright Β© 2021-present Laurel Montaze (immoralLaurel).
