This is the old version of this book. It will be discontinued but there is currently a new version being made right now which is on my profile. Koa, a 17 year old boy lived in a world full of shifters. It's his last year of high school and he is ready to be done and move on with his life. Tomorrow is his 18th birthday which indicates he will finally be able to find his mate. Throughout his first day as a senior, he found his classes and even made friends on the way. In one of his classes though, English, a conversation started on the topic of the known to be extinct dragon shifters. Even though it got dark, he remained the same and went on about his day. Many people avoided Koa due to him being intimidating. He was known for having a bad temper and getting into many fights for no absolute reason. And surprisingly, he was an omega with the looks and temper of an alpha. Excited to meet his mate, he couldn't wait for the day to end, but little did he know his life would change forever on the day he thought would be his best. Tales of Disturbance
A young teenage girl, haunted by the memories of her father's execution, attempts to escape a cruel regime by night. A solitary woman, abandoned by her husband, inadvertently plays into the cruel hands of 'the state'. In another totalitarian regime a traffic light fixer is dealt with brutally for admiring a sunset. All these characters capture the essence of what it's like to be disempowered and cruelly dehumanised at the hands of a heinous, corrupt power. This sharp collection of pertinent short stories throws an at times uncomfortable light on cruelty, injustice and persecution that is all too relevant today. But ultimately these stories celebrate the strength and determination to survive at all costs, that exists within all of us.
