She got her happily ever after with Kyo, the cat in the zodiac family. You see, she met Kyo when her mother died and her grandfather was renovating the house. The curse of the cat meant that not only did he have his form of being a cat when hugged by a girl, he also turned into a monstrous creature whenever he wasn't wearing his beaded bracelet. Tohru, after seeing his form, accepted it. Kyo finally was able to open up to someone, and that someone was Tohru Honda. This began the lift off the curse. After being married for 2 years, they had their first child. There was just one problem, the curse was giving a lot of final blows before it truly ended. This affected their first born, Keeta.
