In this story,  Izuku has a twin younger, Izumi Midoriya. Most of this is gonna be like the anime except in this story instead of getting One for All from his fav superhero/father who neglected him for years he got the power of the Hamato Ninpō and was trained by the one and TMNT.

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might and magnetic) family and (1A) friends. All that pressure built up inside him, causing him to release a mysterious energy that was so massive that it not only destroyed his home but also killed his mother. Luckily, a bio-robotic parasitic alien who happen to find him overloading absorbed his energy and bonded with him. With the help of a certain pair who possess the same energy as him, Izuku trained with his new alien partner Torbolt and used their newfound energy to become Japan's most powerful teenage vigilante while attending UA High as a regular student from the General Department.

Nezu had no choice but to contact the Anbu an organization with strong people to protect the students. The class along with their parents meet them and learn that they contacted the Uchiha Brothers who are considered Gods.The Uchiha Brothers are no other than Izuku and Izuka.

His master telling him that he needs to return the power in order to give it off to someone who will focus all their time on mastering it as well as becoming capable of using 100% of it within the time constraints they have. With all this coming to a head, he relinquishes his power against the mental anguish of the previous users and leaves UA. He never hears how his old mentor had told him that he could stay within the walls of UA, but he just walks away from the school thinking that since he was quirkless... that he doesn't belong there anymore. It was here that he disappeared from Japan, and nobody even knows what happened to him, not even his friends and the girls he loves.
