"Lucy?"
"huh?" I look up to see a woman in a white top and blue jeans, she was staring at me. I felt like I knew this woman.
"Lucy, that's your name right?"
"I'm sorry but my names Amber, Amber Jones" I replied, I still didn't know who this woman was...
"oh, pardon me ma'am. You just look so much like my daughter. My daughter was named Lucy, Lucy Hanna. She had the same gorgeous eyes and brown locks as you have, she got stolen from me and my husband when she was only two days born. . I best be going" I just stared at her as she winked me goodbye, I felt sorry for her but, in a way I also felt nothing. I didn't know this woman and my father always told me not to feel anything for strangers. I guess I did have the same brown locks and brown eyes as the photo she showed me of her daughter but, then again I also had the same brown locks as my sister. Which looked nothing like her, I still can't help but wonder who was that woman and how do I look so much like her daughter?
