Have you ever fallen asleep and had a dream so immersive that you couldn't distinguish it from reality, even feeling jarred when you wake up? And what if you were dreaming your entire life, and it just resumed when you fell back asleep? What of the others in your delusion?
James was a regular high school student, however he suddenly became the focus of the school when he had an extreme allergic reaction and passed away in front of half the school in the cafeteria. He woke up from the bad dream of course, but everybody else seemed to remember it as well.

How would you feel waking up and not remembering anything? Waking up a stranger to your own body. The hard part being trying to flow back into your everyday life like normal.
