they've always only seen the worst part of the world....
the small bits of pure happiness comes from the idea that hopefully out there....the world might be happier. maybe they would one day see the sunset without needing to be watched all the time.
Lee was born in the secret lab of the L.O.V. they were born quirkless but that didn't matter they would soon become so much more. for the first couple of years all Lee has seen was wires of liquid going into they're arm to keep them stable. and a glass tube that they've been in for 5 years.
one day he meets someone who becomes they're friend and helps to get them into a better life. eventually Lee is free. and no one trusts them fully but it's a step in the right direction.
