A story of two men who were victims of oppressive and exploitive government, both struggling to survive the misery of losing their loved ones because of an incurable viral disease. Josh Cullen Santos and Justin  De Dios were quarantined in a Human Conservation Facility indefinitely to protect them from being infected. Given only a total of 19 hours per year to spend in interacting with their fellows, Josh and Justin try to find a way to figure out the unexpected feelings they have for each other. Is it love?
