Lisianthus Hibius Crimson, a S-gene, wishes to abolish the treaty that prevents them from communicating with other creatures living in the same country. It's on the day of his coronation that he almost achieve the first step of his dream, but it comes to a halt when his Dragon Stone, his energy stabilizer, is taken away from him. 

After finding out that a magician stole it, he decides to leave his district and go to the place that is beyond their border--to Faegika. 

He ventures out with the thought of achieving his dream. He comes across many people and many stories, but more things start to unfold as well. 

The culprit of his Dragon Stone, the mystery behind the treaty, and the dark side of their country. All of those he uncovers, making him late to realize that the fate of his country already lies in his hand.

When chaos arises, there's no guarantee that his dream is enough to save everyone. It might be otherwise. He yearns for unity, but when history starts to repeat itself, will he still be willing to break the treaty?

When an unlikely group comprising of a photographer, writer, musician, artist, and poet band together for a documentary film project, anything can happen.
