Pokémon have been the dominant creatures of Earth since the beginning. Or at least, that's what they say. During the middle of world-threatening crises, humans have been reported to have appeared in the form of Pokémon and saved the world. Here in the year 6142, Lani Nishida was pulled into this world and was convinced she was the chosen hero. Sol is being consumed by a similar-sized ball in space... the Star of Lost Souls. Upon waking up in this time period, Lani meets Zeke Zora the Zorua and forms the Adventurers of the Universe at the Guild of Worlds, where adventurers help map out any and every realm, known and unknown. She meets the interesting characters in Adventure Party Two, learns how to master modified moves and move styles, and tries to save the world from a cold and dark future.

When Geek, a former human, wakes up as a Pokémon with no memories what so ever, he makes new friends, discovers new secrets, and unravels his mystery with his best friend Volt, another former human. Together, they must figure out their purpose in this Pokémon world, and may end even find a way back to their human world. But what darkness must they face before finding out their true identities? Only time will tell.

After passing out and waking up the next day, she finds herself on a beach, meets a Torchic named Blazie, and discovers that the only thing she can remember is that her name is Pattie. Pattie also finds that instead of being human, she has become a Pokémon! After going into a place called Beach Cave to find two crooks who steal something very important to Blazie, they get the help of an Espeon named Elyon to get it back. The three become friends after they get the treasure of Blazie's back. Pattie teams up with Blazie and Elyon to become a member at Wigglytuff's Guild, one of the best Rescuing Guilds around the world, trying to figure out her past, and how she turned from human to Pokémon.

Three years ago, Lucas got a call to head down to the town's forest called Weird Woods. He meets there his best friend, Cord, where after going to the epicenter of the forest, he disappears right in front of him. Today, Lucas decides to play the game Cord left for him: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. After finally finishing the game 100%, he gets some sleep, unbeknownst to him that his life will change forever. Lucas, now a Pikachu, tries to find his way back home, while also meeting Pokemon-former friends and new ones. But a evil organization comes out of nowhere and wants to take over! And with a certain Legendary asking for their help, Lucas' group is the only one who can stop them. How do I know this? My name is Lucas, and this story is just the beginning. So, I woke up as an apparently feral Oshawott without any memories but being human in a world where humans are long gone, and now I have to join my ever-anxious Treecko friend, journey through this strange land without even being able to speak, and find answers or die trying, all while a mysterious group plots some dark path for me and this world.
