Colin is a loner, he was hardly accepted by his classmates. Grayson is a hyperactive lunatic, who is accepted by his classmates. What if there was a plague, that wiped out most of the human population? The military was bombing cities that were infected to stop the spread. It didn't work. Colin and Grayson meet up somewhere in the middle of all of it. They become best friends. Of course, don't forget Phil, Grayson's goofy white-crested duck. (A short story.)
