Navi, also known as Project 24 was a project created by Emperor Buggler many years ago. But all she ever wanted was to live on Planet Bomber like a normal bomberman. So, when she overhears Buggler talking about the demolition of the dream planet, she seizes her moment to escape and flee to Planet Bomber and warn the inhabitants about the coming attack. When she does crash land, she blacks out causing her to lose her identity when she is soon found by the Bomberman Brothers.
