Nobita has been struggling with undiagnosed ADHD while people fail to notice. 
The story is set 3 years after Doraemon's "dissapearance", nobody seems to remember and Nobi is left questioning if the blue cat even existed or was a part of his imagination. 

Its summer vacation, everybody has gone on a holiday leaving him behind to deal with remedial classes. One day Dekisuki knocks on his door and announces that he is staying over. Why is Dekisuki, the golden child so desperate to run away from home? And was Doraemon all in Nobi's head?
