After a hunting trip gone wrong, Kenma and Suna are separated. Badly injured, Kenma was taken to the Kuroo residence to be healed and taken care of. During all of this, the Miya Twins are investigating the likelihood of one of their workers protecting the new discoveries of Merfolk and Sirens.
In other words, Sirens and Merfolk have no choice but to integrate themselves together to defeat one common evil.
