Through out his live Y/N L/N has suffered ever seen he was kid he was bullied by others because he was quirkless or is what he believes it is actually the opposite he does have powers he wields what only few have which is the speed force more specifically the negative speed force which comes from his father The reverse flash but fearing he might turn like his father Flash and some heroes put a power blocker on Y/N to prevent him from using his power all this without his or his mothers constant but one day he had enough has he unleashed his power on the ones who hurt him and after that day he changed for the better of all those who are innocent and for the worse but only for the villains,fake heroes and Flash let us see his story
