When a certain Swan flees to the Cullens when her sister arrives in Forks she finds herself in Carlisle's study. She stares into the red eyes of a sad looking man in a painting, her heart was in pain and she collapsed to the floor with tears in her eyes. Not long later she found out her friends she's known for over a year are vampires and she's mated to one of the infamous Volturi kings.
