"How can you not understand? Do I have to spell it out for you.'' He was beyond angry now. How can Sara not realise how he felt. God dammit! After everything he did. Still? He begins pacing the floor, hands in his hair, yanking at the strands in frustration.
The damn woman still hadn't said a word - just remained leaning against the wall, looking lost - and it grated on his nerves.
''Fuck,'' he curses before stepping back before her. ''I love you, you crazy woman.'' He tells her and watches as shock takes over her features. Yet, he doesn''t stop there. ''I fell hard for you the moment I saw you. Christ! You have no idea how hard it has been to be close to you and not hold you and just kiss you.''
The gasp he receives makes him grin. He realises It was now or never - to do the one thing he has been dreaming of for months now. Taking a step closer, he doesn't miss the deep breath she takes. She's nervous, he notes and that fact thrills him. ''Want to know something?'' he questions, voice suddenly soft and husky. Sara shakes her head. Nope, she didn't want to know anything. Didn't want to hear anything. This was all to much. The man before her was to much. She closes her eyes unable to keep eye contact as he erases the distance between them.
"There's no one to stop me from doing this.'' He whispers placing his palms on either side of her head and leans in. The smell of strawberry invades his senses and he revels in it as his lips gets closer to hers.
The moment he met her, he fell hard. But there was nothing to be done as she belonged to another. Still, he stood on the sidelines watching as she gave her all to the one she loved and in return only got empty promises and lies. But soon all of which were hidden would be revealed and by the end of it, he would either finally have what was desired for so long, or lose it entirely.
