Well... this is NOT a creepy pasta story. This is a story base on true facts about this thing call "Sleep Paralysis. " In the first part I will tell you guys my experience in sleep paralysis. Then I will tell you guys about the levels, if it's scientific or spiritually, how to prevent it, and why you SHOULDN'T do it, and some other stuff. I hope that this is really helpful and yea.
