Stretch out your left hand. Check and see if there's this mark on your left palm. If there is, the world's fate might depend on you....

Once upon a time, evil creatures called the Devourers had slipped into the human world. They brought with them thousands of diseases, misfortunes, sorrow, and deaths. To protect the world from destruction, noble people with this mark on their left palm started a war with the Devourers and in the end, imprisoned the Devourer's creator, the Scarlet Lady; Celestia Mayve.

Their names were the Elementalists.

Now hundreds of years later the Devourers had risen again and it's up to the Elementalists to save the world once again.

The blind girl Laurelin of Fairbanks who knows more than she should. Mysterious Sage, who just might be the son of their greatest enemy. Jaceson of Yonia, whose powers killed his family ten years ago. Quiet Alyea, an optimistic girl whose identity might just be as much as a mystery to herself and the students of Enternalia. And Avalin, the daughter of one of their enemies.

They are Fate's chosen ones to defeat the Scarlet Lady...

Kala had always thought of herself as normal, but when the world ended, cleansed by a power most would fail to understand, she realized she was far from normal. That day, Kala awoke in a fog surrounded by a nothingness that permeated every pore of her body. The only sounds she could hear were her own ragged breaths in the vast and empty darkness. When the light finally returned, she found herself utterly alone and suddenly part of a struggle much bigger than she'd ever thought possible. With that struggle came something else...power. Power to control the elements. Power the likes of which she had only seen in movies or read about in books. Despite her disbelief, it remained...right there in the palms of her hands. Eventually Kala learned to use her power as it was intended. As she wandered the new world, she met others like herself, other Servants with similar abilities who understood the reason for the destruction...for the loss. And then, six years after her world turned upside down, she met him. A handsome stranger in a tiny town in the middle of the West Virginia woods - not a Servant - not like her. And certainly not the type of man Kala had expected to find herself falling for. But the man she met there turned out to be more than just a hero in her time of need. At her side, he would become a protector, leader, confidant, and so much more. Together, they would find themselves fighting a growing evil...a man like Kala, who had been granted power beyond words or description. He might have been a good man once, but his fall was nearly complete. And now he desired only to rule - not to heal. This man would lead a small army against them, but they wouldn't have to fight alone. There was another, more powerful force on their side...one that could change the course of the war to come.

69 parts Ongoing Mature

Aurora: In a world where love had to be earned I would never be good enough. I was the black sheep in the family, the witch without magic. While my sister excelled in every type of way I had to suffer in silence, tormented by the people I should have been able to trust most. Having grown up with a deadly plague known as the Ghostly ravaging our kingdom, my main goal has always been to join the Special Forces to fight back. But in a cruel twist of fate I have to enter an academy - a safe ticket to the special forces- as a maid while my sister joins as a student. But finally after an eternity of hell there was a slight chance I could join the special forces and even if taking that chance meant being tormented by a handsome yet rude dragonshifter called Ronan I would gladly take it. ________________________________________ The more Aurora gets to know Ronan, the more the pieces of their past begin to fall into place-memories of a fateful encounter that should've never happened. And as their bond deepens, so does the mystery of the Ghostly, the ancient forces they're up against, and the secrets they both carry. In a world where power and loyalty are everything, Aurora must fight not just for survival-but for the truth that could change everything Start: April 2024 End: -
