This is a story about a world where most of the people are monsters in some sort of way, it all happened after chemicals filled the air from an unknown source.
Some selfish people used their new powers for crime and other selfless people fought off those people.
Those heroes set up camps for those villain's kids to make them better people.
This story takes place 50 years after that in the povs of five of those kids who went to the camp.
Their names were Victoria Stillies, Aubrey Rett, Scemma Bora, and Alex and Lucas Rose.
