There once was an under water city with about 10,000 people living in it. There was also a city above the water on just plain land that also held about 10,000 people living on it, and just like any other city, it had boys and girls, women and men, and in just like any other city, there's love (or romance as you call it). In this romance story, a boy and a girl fall in love (da), but it's a forbidden love because the boy is from Darmia (under water city) and the girl is from Zailor (on land city), and the forbidden part of their love is that no land city and no water city can meet in any sort of communication like; letters, messagers, all kind of that is FORBIDDEN!
