Winter's Child

Elodie Remley grows up believing that she is just like any other girl. She goes through her childhood containing special powers that no one else has. She isn't able to use them, however, until she turns eighteen.

She discovers that she is unlike other humans. She is a Glaceon or Frost Child. Her people live amongst the world in hiding, unseen by the eyes of humans. They control everything that has to do with winter throughout the world.

While in the foreign world of Talvimora, Elodie learns that she is special. She is told that she is the only one who can defeat one of the most powerful, evil women in their world. Darcelle.

Elodie realizes that she must make a decision. To stay in the world of the Glaceons with Jack, the boy who has been helping her with her powers in secret for years, and save their world from sure peril or stay with her family, forever hiding her secret from the world.
