"Take Minny, no one wants her. She has no family of friends to grieve for her. No gain, no loss."

Once a month, when the moon is full the Pokemon of winter forest are to leave a sacrifice for the Beartic that plagues the forest below his cave. He agreed that if the sacrifice is left outside his cave he shale leave the forest alone.

Minny, a young female Buneary, is chosen as the months sacrifice. He parents were already taken by the Beartic and as a Pokemjn with no friends or family she's chosen to be next. But for some reason the Beartic takes pitty on her. 

Will Minny discover more to this feared ice type than meets the eye or will she meet a fate like so many others?

I sighed heavily as I scanned the forest. I had heard something or someone to be specific, wandering about. I decided I would leave once I affirmed they weren't a danger. "What are you doing in my land, human?" A deep enchanting voice spoke I sighed once again "I'm not human, just smell like one" I spoke as I turned around to see the most stunning man I have ever seen "Mate" he spoke "Find another female, Lycan" I spat He only growled at me in response. Men. My brother was the same way. It's kinda funny how all, correction, most shifter men think alike. I would've thought he would be different, after all, he is Lycan. Something of myths. But then again, so are the supernatural. I turned away from him, not even looking at him. I didn't want to remember what he looked like so I didn't give him a second glance. I heard him move closer. I quickly grabbed the knife out of my holster and threw it at a tree next to him. He stops moving then. "Heed my warning. It's the only one you'll get" I spoke coldly "I will find you. Then you will have no escape from me" he spoke as he backed away I could understand. Lycans, like lion-shifters, were going extinct. Therefore mates were even more important to them. But, even if I understood I still didn't want to be someone's mate. After all, I was Destiny Requalhi, Creator and Destructor of All. ------------------------------ Destiny Requalhi, a girl with a rough past and set in stone future. In a post apocalyptic world, two young women had been living in a small corner of the world outside a city in Utah surviving on the food they grow from their garden, harvest from the forest and through the fishing and hunting they do throughout the year. But there are times they need to venture into the nearby city for things they need. And it is a dangerous world they live in where vigilance is a must. So when they decide to venture into the city due to the necessity of needing warm clothes and blankets for the upcoming winter, running into the dangers of the people living in the city becomes a reality as they are forced to flee for their lives. But not before they run into something, what they assumed as a man dressed in a heavily damaged, rabbit suit who almost killed them for nearly running into him. But with quick thinking, they avoided him, and it resulted in the rabbit facing the people they had been running from. But as the man in the rabbit suit killed the people chasing the women, that had not gone unnoticed by one of the girls as she thanked him from a distance. But it wouldn't be the only encounter, as things grow more dangerous with the coming winter. And he becomes intrigued by her, given the fact she has a strong will to survive, no hesitation in defending herself and has zero care that this person in the suit seemed to be more dead than alive. Something her friend points out multiple times. But this connection becomes a danger in itself. As this man is no stranger to death and danger, but nor is he a stranger to wanting to keep things for himself. Especially after losing everything he's had, he will not lose her either.
