The Tyris Keystone Council presides over the beating heart of trade in the Lyneth peninsula - the Grand Market. Thousands of people come each day to trade everything from turnips to silver, runic stones imbued with magic to 3 dozen kegs of beer.

Caestarian is a 17 year old who has lived beside the Grand Market his entire life, and feels the cut and thrust of bartering and negotiating in his blood. After pressure from his parents to find a career, he applies to join the Keystone Council service, where he can dedicate himself to serving the city he loves. But Kez soon learns that managing such a diverse city is impossible without playing politics and negotiating labyrinthine bureaucracy and tradition. If he wants to make a difference, he will have to learn which rules he will have to follow - and which he can get away with breaking.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤: He wants to live in a story, Really? He should have asked himself before leaving, lying. So, the wind asked, "Really, a story?" He nodded to himself, "yeah, life's just so..." "Unfair, cruel, painful, unforgivable." It whispered. He sat thinking, "always." As he runs away from his problems, his 'unforgivable' life. He finds a library, finally. Solace. Books, the one thing he cold understand without second guesses, without having to worry about lies, hurt, betrayal. He takes out a book, pure white. He opens it, it's all blank not a dot of ink in sight. He flips to the back. An encryption, he traces. Dot-to-dot. Then it flies. The centre of the old library. As he walks towards it, he sees a portal fade into existence. He walks through, There. There it was. A fantasy, a real-life story. A world Koris hopes is true every minute he lives in it, pleading each day it won't disappear or be taken away from him. He takes on a duty, he lies, he uses magic to make right wrong, justifying his actions. Words change people. The Isles, they say, are to be forever peaceful, forever united in words, but what if the words backstab, instead of describing a beautiful scene, you rewrite it to inflict pain, woe, sadness, anger. The Isle, they say, Will never change, maybe not now. Maybe not now, but someday, sometime it will...

The Sword of Stone - Sworn Honours

"I am the sword of the crown, the shield of the realm and protector of the people. Without doubt, without failure, I shall guard the innocents against the malignant forces of magic. I give my heart and soul to the righteous and pray for the Father's mercy, for I shall show none." Sir Rolan Coytak, a paladin of the Holy Paladin Order of Farikesh, a seasoned and grizzled knight of twenty long years, is sent on a mission to the lands south of the Kingdom of Harliya, Amberfall, to investigate the rumours of blood magic. Travelling with his clumsy and naive squire, Rolan is greeted by many people, many with grace and dignity, others with suspicion. He is told by the Baron of these lands, the young Simon Greycrow, about bandits in ruins deep within the Redwoods of Amber that may hold what he seeks. But as Rolan travels these dark, beautiful, eerie forests, he learns that magic is not the only problem these lands have. Facing a great challenge as he uncovers the truth of the rumours, Rolan must make a decision that may haunt him for the rest of his life.
