A string of tragic deaths in the supposedly sleepy, rural town of Spring Valley (which is in the UK, believe it or not) are of little concern to the local highschool priss, Tara Halsey as she attempts to navigate the the deadly waters of highschool to reach the other end with the most excellent grades. People are hindrances, and the very least of her problems... or so she thinks, as a shocking revelation causes her to re-evaluate her entire world view and form alliances that she never would have even considered as the supposedly sleepy town she lives in turns out to be very much awake... and incredibly dangerous.
