This story is rather odd and I know I will get hate for it, HOWEVER I am sticking to it! In this story, Mineta is the main character and his character development will be an interesting process. He will also be the one to inherit One for All from a "Pervy Sage" version of All Might! In this story, Izuku Midoriya will be seen getting his mother's Telekinetic abilities but to a much more powerful degree. Minoru Mineta will be taught personally by all of the heroes that he is normally taught by and those details will appear later on. I want you as the reader to give this story a chance!
Minoru Mineta grew up an orphan due to his mother dying during his birth whom he got his quirk from and his father dying as a police officer who got killed by a villian. He was raised in an orphanage at first but was later adopted at the age of six, retaining how hard it was in the orphanage. He was raised just above a strip club. His adoptive father and mother are the manager and a stripper in the same strip club.
Home life was supportive and his adoptive father took great care of him, homeschooling him. His mother and her friends allowed him to hang out with them when everyone was off work and so it was slowly worked into him that he was an intelligent person but he developed perverted tendencies. Minoru dreamed of being a hero, so that one day, he would find the villain that had killed his father, but for now, he was happy with the life he had. His adoptive mother and her friends saved up half a year's salary of a high-paying job in tips before they were able to pay for his school supplies and provided a generous donation to the school, his adoptive father getting in contact with Principal Nezu and allowing them to meet. Eventually, Nezu was very happy to find someone who was able to keep up with his intelligence to a degree and decided to allow Mineta to enroll in the coveted Hero program based on the unique nature of his quirk and his intelligence.

Izuku Shimura - Emerald Collector (HIATUS)
All characters belong to the Kōhei Horikoshi. I don't own MHA/BNHA. This is my first time writing Izuku Yagi fic. Izuku Shimura had a great life. He grew up among some of Japan's greatest heroes. His father was former #1 villain turned hero of Japan - All For One, AKA Hisashi Midoriya - his stepfather was #1 Japan's hero - All Might - and his mother was #13 Japan's hero - Green Telek, AKA Inko Shimura. He had many friends, crush on Momo Yaoyorozu and one dream - to become a hero like his family members. That was until his visit in Quirk doctor's office. One simple word - Quirkless. All of his dreams shattered that day. All of his friends, except from Katsuki, Shinso and Shoto, started to bully him to prevent him from being a hero. Most of the teachers didn't even try to stop it, hell no, they encouraged it! Even Momo, the girl who promised to always stand by his side, joined them. His family and his only three true friends always tried to cheer him up and help him, unaware that his friends betrayed him. One day, he finally snaps. He is tired of constant bullying and living in society, in which quirkless means worthless. He leaves a goodbye video and runs away from home to end his miserable life. That's when he met the Collectors - the mysterious group of people fascinated by unnatural, mystical and/or paranormal powers. They stop him from preventing this mistake and offers him to join them and to give him one of the most powerful quirks this world has even seen - Emerald Eye. In return, they just want him to share his amazing analysis skills with them. Izuku of course agrees. How this decision will affect those, who turned their backs on him? Will he seek revenge of them?
