Markus finds a woman washed ashore with no memories of who she is or where she comes from. Bits and pieces float to the surface of her mind over time, and she remembers something that will restore her memories, a cloak. Enlisting Markus's help to find the cloak, they are soon confronted by others who are also searching for it, and more importantly, will do anything to keep her from recovering the Cloak of the Sea.
