Summary: Though he was unable to admit it out loud, Kokichi was in love with Shuichi Saihara, and always had been. From the day he met the shy detective, he always had. He found himself staring blankly at him, or paying more attention to him than most people. The only problem was, Shuichi didn't like him back, or at least, that's what they both assumed. "Shuichi likes Kaede" is what a normal person would say whenever they thought about any love based situations, despite their situation. Kokichi had never been in love before, but even so, it still hurt. Badly. Enough to catch the eye of their captor, Monokuma.
