"The Cold War was at its highest peek, and Nam' didn't Help. I watch my brothers in arms fall beside me, those Vietcong and Commie scum bags did us good. Everything was at its highest peek, until we got orders that an Alliance was Made. Something happened in East Berlin, and the thing that shock us the most was NATO and the Warsaw Pact signing an Alliance. I still haven't find out about it, but we're being shipped from Nam' to Germany. Lets hope we can get to the bottom of this. I love you mama, i hope this letter finds you well and i promise I'll be home soon."

Signed - 1st. Lt. (Y/N) Grant, U.S. Marine Corps

P.S. Mama you know no one wants to date with me.

East Berlin was attacked by something out of a fairytale, and since WW2, The US and the Soviet Union has set there differences aside and set off to complete an Common Goal.

Lee Marshall was anything but a typical woman, she grew up in a military home with her father, General George Marshall or simply, The General, her mother, sweet Caroline, and her two older brothers, Grant and Jackson. Yup, you guessed it, they are all three named after famous generals. Her father was a strict but fair military man, U.S. Army. Her brothers followed in the family tradition that went back for hundreds of years and enlisted in the Army. They all three attended military school, then West Point. Much to her father's dismay and pride, she signed up too. The military didn't make things easy for her, it is still very much a man's world, but Lee didn't take anyone's shit. She was tough, focused and damn good at her job. If they let women into the special forces, she would have been perfect, but they didn't so she was one of the best damned weapons specialists out there. She made it her life and loved every minute of it. When her mother died from breast cancer,Lee, Grant, and Jackson had been deployed and although her brothers had been called back, she was on a mission that they couldn't pull her out of in Fallujah, that mission changed her life forever. She was captured along with her team and held prisoner for two weeks before the SEAL team got them out. She was never the same after that, and due to the injuries she sustained, medically discharged from the Army. She had a long road to recovery ahead of her and knew she was on her own. Carter Stevens was a hardcore Navy SEAL who lived one day at a time, one mission at a time. He never settled down in one place and he was done with that. He was ready for a good woman and a family of his own. He had no family to speak of, the SEALs were all he had, all he needed until he meets Lee. She storms into his life, all pissed off, and throws him for a loop. Will they click or blow themselves to pieces?

1985: The Cold War, East vs West, the US and USSR stare each other down, 40 years after beating the Axis powers in the most devastating war in human history. To complicate things even more, a nation that has bordered the US in some way since 1865 has been growing closer to her ideological rival; The Republic of Dixie. Having been an associate member of the Axis powers like Finland, the former Confederate States of America was partitioned in two after losing the war in 1945, with the Mississippi River becoming a DMZ run by the Yankees. The Republic of Greater Texas was made in the western part, while the Southeastern portion adopted the colloquial name of the region officially. No Marshall funding to be had, the new Council of Government reached out a hand to Moscow and Stalin was more than happy to oblige. Never cottoning onto full Marxism, the RoD occupied a space in the Non-aligned Nations group, but there were leaders that wanted to grow closer the USSR. This story is about a Georgia State Militia unit comprised of ladies who for various reasons have volunteered in a time of high tensions between their nation and its neighbor while also undergoing a transition politically.
