After being a Pokemon Master, Ash's life hasn't been happy due to safety concerns. His eagerness to explore drives him to explore this more about the Pokemon World, as well as the histories of ancestors. Little did he know what truly lies ahead. Read the story to find out more. Other information: Ash is NOT 10. He is 16 at the start of this story. This story is mostly original, with new characters, new regions introduced. I will mainly focus on charcaters in Gen 6-8, because I only watched these three episodes, but I probably will include pokemons from various Generations (excluding Gen 9). Disclaimers: Sorry if characters/pokemons aren't introduced in your favour. Evil charcaters/pokemons are needed in this story. All pokemons and some characters are from Pokemon, and I don't own them. I don't own all the pictures included in this story.

Have you ever wondered what Ash's journey would be if he were in Galar? Well, I'm creating my own rewrite to imagine what that would be like. The plot is about a ten-year-old boy named Ash Ketchum and his first partner named Pikachu, who travels to a new region called Galar. His goal is to challenge Leon, the unbeatable champion. Galar is home to its strong and competitive trainers, so the road will be a challenge for him. Ash is also traveling with two companions: a young adult woman named Sonia, who is also the granddaughter of Professor Magnolia; and a boy named Hop, who's Leon's Younger Brother and share the same goal from Ash of dethroning Leon. Together, the trio travels to the first section of Galar, meeting new trainers and Pokémon and learning about Galar history and secrets. The Champion Quest
Summary: The World Championship Series have begun. Follow Ash as he goes through a new stretch of his journey where he will have to uncover the mystery behind the newly formed Neo Team Rocket and how is newly met companion ties with them. This is an AU in which Ash is not the same as the Ash we know from the anime. He hasn't traveled with his companions and he is mostly cold hearted. As such, he is more independent and significantly better at battling than he is in the anime. Furthermore, he essentially has the same Pokemon that he does in the anime. The only differences being that some of his Pokemon will be evolved, ie Gible will be a Garchomp in this story. This story is also a furthershipping story. This is my first story so I apologize if it is cringe. Also, yeah the cover photo sucks LOL. Any and all criticism is appreciated.
