It was a very easy thing to do. Sign up for the festival (by yourself), work on your future masterpiece (by yourself), win first place (by yourself), and set a point to your stingy parents that you were confidant and sure of what your future career would be and there was absolutely nothing they could do to prove you weren't meant for music.
That is, until a sudden event leaves you more or less temporarily disabled. With only five months until the deadline, you're suddenly scrambling to put together a ragtag team with the roughly the same goal - win the competition, get that prize, and bust some beats in the process.
Which is fine and dandy, but having to work alongside one aggravating and irritable Bakugou Katsuki, lead drummer, was perhaps the primary reason you'd wanted to do this alone.

sheesh that title is a real mouthful.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
