Katrina knows josh is a drug kingpin and she still ride with and for him even though he makes it hard to trust him at times she knows that he would not do anything to hurt her on purpose. 

Josh love Katrina with all his heart however he knew that if he ever started anything serious with her people will come after her simply because she would be his biggest weakness.
