Downy's College Girls is one of the most strong schools in sensha-do, third place after the Kuromorimine and All-star university, the school has never been in a tournament for almost a decade, The president, Arisha, expected that her school won't be participating in any tournaments. People rarely ever heard of this school or maybe never. This is the school where most of the forgotten ace sensha-do tankers were staying.  

But are they gonna be forgotten forever?

As far as the boy team that went to Oarai, the best way to describe them were a team of misfits that came from different parts of the country or even world. One thing they all had was each other, and they wouldn't let anyone take that away from them. Come hell or high water, they would be known by many names, but they would always be Oarai's Seal Team.
