Prophecies are fickle things. Fake prophecies are worse. So when Albus Dumbledore creates a new prophecy to bring his name back to the spotlight he ruins a family in the progress. The family in question?
Well its Lord Thomas Slytherin, his Consort Severus Slytherin née Snape, and their twin son's: Pollux and Castor Slytherin.
Also known as Lord Voldemort, Professor Severus Snape, and two Gryffindor students, the Boy-Who-Lived Harry Potter and his shy friend Neville Longbottom.
So what happens when Harry gets a forced inheritance, causing Nevilles as well? What happens when truths are found? Who are true friends and who are fake?
And why does Dumbledore want to destroy a family? What does he get out of this? And will the family in question be able to get a happy ending?

Finally Me (Rewrite)
Starts off just after Harry returns to the Dursleys for the summer after saving his godfather from a dementor's kiss. When Harry returned to the Dursleys he received a beating the first night back that was so bad that led to him seeing through all the Dark lord's memories. Around that same time, Sirius decides to share some information with Harry about his destiny. Along with sharing this information, he sends Harry the Potter family Grimoire and the Potter family amulet that was inside a trunk that his parent's made for Harry. After putting on the amulet Harry's looks change and all the blocks on him are destroyed. After being told his destiny and seeing through the Dark Lord's memories Harry starts reflecting on his life so far. As he reflects he can't help but wonder what his parents would think and say if they saw him. For years he had been pretending to be someone he was not, but now he finally had enough. He no longer would resend, Harry decides it is time to drop his mask completely and show who he really is completely. Now the real Harry is out and everything going to change. The Harry who returns to Hogwarts will not be the same one who left.

With no one there to teach him right and wrong, to be kind to him, just how far will he be different from the boy everyone had imagined? Will he meet people that will change his heart and opinions? Will he find love? Will he find out secrets that have been kept from him? Is he going to accept people back into his life when he realizes what they did was for him? Will he start trusting again? Or will he push everyone aside and take everything into his own hands? One question ran through everyone's mind: Just how powerful was he? Before you start reading, I just want you to know that this is going to be really different than canon. And there is going to be a lot of characters, and a lot of 'Cast' chapter too. Will the wizarding world identify Harry as a threat? Will Harry be given the chance to be his true self or will he be reined in and forced to be controlled once more?
