The marriage law is put in place, but for some reason Hermione was not told who her husband will be. She was told to finish her last year of schooling in peace and she will be notified of the ministry's choice when she graduates. 

The war has taken its toll and Hermione struggles to regain who she once was. With the help of an unlikely ally, a new relationship forms and two broken people heal.
