Over the days Mikey has been in terrible pain. Once he coughed up some petals he immediately knew it wasn't normal and went to Donnie's lab to search up what is going on. 
He found out it was the Hanahaki disease but it was different for Mikey. Mikey didnt love anyone, so how did he get this Life threatening illness. 
Mikey was told he needed to grow up and deal things his self, he took this chance to deal with this Hanahaki himself and make his brothers and sensei proud. 
Although... the longer he keeps it a secret...

A general rule of thumb for any type of story telling media is to not have more than five main characters. Often, these five are separated into categories, the leader, the smart one, the hothead, the Woman, and finally, the dumb one. While the others are given chances to express their talents and skills in carefully planned arcs, the dumb one is often neglected. No, the dumb one is meant to entertain, he makes a mistake and you are to laugh at it. He is not allowed to have a moment of realization, not given the chance to prove himself, not allowed to be more than the dumb one. A joke. The unwilling jester meant to make his blind peers look smarter, clever, at the expense of his pride and shame. Michelangelo, youngest ninja turtle, is Doing Just Fine. He means it. The teasing words of his brothers doesn't feel like scalding water against his skin, thank you very much. He Doesn't feel hurt when they brush him off as childish and immature, when they refuse to listen. And he Absolutely Does Not need any help because he doesn't have any problems. He doesn't feel bad. He doesn't really feel anything at all. Mikey can't exactly say there's anything wrong when he can't identify it, but how can he ignore his inner world falling to pieces and his mental health declining? Then there is the Oroku Company that is run by Oroku Saki bit has it look like his second son as Donatello Oroku is the CEO as his older brother Raphael Oroku is the second in command. But as the Oroku Saki company was getting threatened Saki asked Raphael to pretend to join the Hamato company as he would at first have a hard time people accepting him in. Leonardo tries to not shoe any I treat till they started talking about the gay men as it went to another subject of finding out that Leonardo liked only other men. So Raphael used that to blackmail Leonardo do what he wanted a sense Leonardo's father Splinter people probably take it bad. What will happen to Leonardo? Will Splinter find out? And is Raphael going to get Hamato shut down their company so the Oroku company can succeed?
