There was a time, not very long ago, when Mother Nature lost her patience.
Human civilization as we know it disappeared. Countries collapsed, coasts flooded, forests burned and the ground yielded nothing. Illness wiped out most of the population and walled cities emerged.
Avaria stands in the middle of some of the most hostile land that remains. And the only reason they survive is Sephi's mother and people like her.
