It's the story of a young Viking. Actually, he isn't that young anymore. He's 23 years old now. His name is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III. 8 years ago, he had to run away from his beloved home Berk because he became best friends with a creature that no Viking should ever become friends with: a dragon. Yes, I am crazy
I don't know when it happened, or how, but I know I'm crazy. Nothing more, nothing less. Or well, maybe add weird too. Most people tend to stay away from me and it's no mystery why. But then those five hot guys just had to come and kidnap me. Like, why? Because apparently my dad is the leader of an infamous gang and these teenagers want to take him down. Pfft, still doesn't count. Now, I'm just worrying about whether or not I want to get released - an excuse for skipping school? Hell yeah! Hiccup and Toothless left Berk thinking no one cared. Being the neglected child of Berk (despite his family, and being the heir to the village), Hiccup decided he'd had enough. He took Toothless and his most treasured belongings and high-tailed it out of there. When he runs into his long-lost mother, life looks up for Hiccup. He's found a place where he belongs. Meanwhile, on Berk, the village assumed Hiccup was dead by a Night Fury's doing and left it at that. Astrid and her friends, however, didn't think such.
