Old town...new friends.... high school

Denver presumed and surprisingly discovered that resuming her life in town again wouldn't be the hardship of the year. After a few weeks of being at her old high school, she begins to feel like she never left. But soon enough, she realizes that she has to accept that previous contacts could possibly recall Denver bitterly.
Shortly after the start of the school year, Denver befriends a nice guy named Ben. He makes her laugh and feel like she could do wrong in his eyes. But errors arise, causing a perfect friendship to become rocky. Can the friendship be revived? Can Denver stop letting fear rule her? Will high school pressure get the best of them?

Graduation is right around the corner for Ada Sinclair. She's spent all of high school saving up for her dream college and skipped high school traditions to keep her grades up for scholarships. When the acceptance letter came in the mail, every ounce of her effort felt worth it. She's spent her life being a small fish in a small pond, but eagerly awaits September so she can spread her wings and move on to big things. When her mother comes home to reveal she is in the early stages of Huntington's Disease, a disease passed down from her own mother, she can't hide from the truth she may be next in line. It is then that her plans and dreams for her future shatter. Nothing is more important to her than her family, people who need her and her strength more than Ada needs her dreams. Not knowing how much time she has left with her mother, she makes the choice to remain at home and has no regrets. Only the fear of uncertainty. Feeling like the world is crashing down on her, Ada turns to the man who's been there for her for the last four years. He'd given her the confidence she needed to become the woman she is now, held her while she cried and has been there through every struggle she's faced. He seems fully willing to be there for her again, even if that means risking his career as a teacher; her teacher. As their friendship grows stronger, they find strength in one another and a connection they can only ignore for so long, a connection that comes with life-changing consequences for them both.

My Life as Annabeth

28 parts Complete Mature

(COMPLETED) Hi, my name is Annabeth Montgomery. I live in a small town where I'm constantly being watched and judged upon wherever I go. I'm not ignorant to the stares that I know follow me when I'm not looking, and I'm not gentle when I catch them. Everyone has a different perspective when it comes to me... I'm either the hero or the villain in their story. _________________________________________ Parents admire her, fear her, sympathize with her. Girls want to be her, admire her, fear her, and avoid her. Guys are a different subject, wanting to be with her and claim her is every guys fantasy. The only problem is she doesn't look twice at a guy... That was until Nathan, the sweet cute boy in town shows up. Turning everything she knows out the window for one romantic yet hectic summer. __ This story is based out of a dream I had about myself. I did my best remembering the specifics of the dream and added on (making sure to change my name). If you are looking for a not so average love story then feel free to read my story. Be aware that this story does contain mature content and language. If you're not a fan of swearing I wouldn't recommend reading this story.
