They had fallen in love, and have been ever since they were human. Once Caroline had killed her first human, she activated her curse. Caroline and Niklaus are the Original Hybrids. Then, Klaus had killed the mayors son, and they find a boy in need of rescuing. They rescued him, and Niklaus and Caroline were like parents to the boy. After fifty years, They ended up having to run again. They believed Marcellus to be dead. What happens if something brings them to New Orleans? What happens once the family is reunited with their lost family member? What will they do about how he rules New Orleans? What happens once, they find out he doesn't remember him?
