10 years after the United War's end, the world was no better off than when the war started. The world's economy was in shambles and the world had started to deteriorate, both socially and physically. The over abundance of pollution caused the earth to slowly die and become less of the beautiful gem it used to be. Bloody fights unsued everyday for the last remaining resources available. In light of the conflict in the " United War ", which was supposed to bring about peace through force, a new invention was created: The Ecoglobe. The Ecoglobe allows a safe, habitable area for humans to live in, even on the surface of another planet. The story follows many different protagonists on their journey through the different planets and what it's like to live on each of them.

I have sat often in front of the computer, and stared long at the screen without ever writing a word. The synopsis for this project has haunted me since the first person asked me "So, what is it about?", and to this day I have never been able to deliver a straight answer. This book is about a number of things, many of which do not fit evenly into a succinct description. I have tried to make them fit and have found the resulting descriptions ill-representing and dull. Thus, I have decided to go without a description. This book will fade into obscurity no matter what I put here, so I might as well write what's really important. Winter in a city is an especially punishing time. This book comes out of my late nights and early mornings riding the train, and my looking at the window and being able to make out nothing but the blur of the glass. From the outside it may look dead, but certain people know that the inner workings of a city are a true marvel to behold. In writing this, I have tried to capture that marvel and deliver it to you, the reader. This is a book about a city and the people within it. The rest is up for you to read, if you so choose. Pyre lives on whether you experience it or not. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A science-fiction novel, updated whenever there is new material to post. The last cover was AI generated, so I spent some time making a crude cover of my own. For the sake of Wattpad I have divided up the chapters into parts, so everything under "The Glow" is Chapter 1 and so on. If you have read this far into the description, I thank you; you've made it further than mostly everyone before you. I hope you stick around. ⠀⠀
