Working as Rafael Simmons' sitter is no walk in the park but it's been nothing short of an adventure for Elizabeth. Between dodging paparazzi with his twin daughters Azita and Nazanin, being a full-time sitter and chef, and completing graduate school it was a lot on her plate. But she was able to handle it all.
