अधीरा/Adhira- Lightning What happens when the Goddess of the Lightning- a much-feared solitudinarian who resides in her secluded island- is to return to the state of Dakshrajya? --- Adhira. The name strikes frozen terror into the hearts of the residents of Dakshrajya. She's never been seen since her exile a century ago, and is known to live in the small, deeply-forested island near the kingdom- an island which she owns and reigns over in solitude. The Island of Adhira, like it's only resident, had never been seen since she permanently settled in it. All that was known of the Goddess of the Lightning was that the color of her eyes symbolized the thick grey mist that hung over her island, her tresses, which touched her ankles, symbolized the colors of the attackers and defenders during a storm- black- the hue of the stormy sky which threw down lightning and downpour, and brown- the hue of the trees which defended the forest from floods. She was said to have the same essence as petrichor- the scent that floated into the skies when the deep blue river that cut through the island mingled with the deep brown soil of the shore- alluring, earthy and lovely- yet haunting. The kingdom from where the goddess comes is a place of prosperity and perfection. The Queen mother rules over Dakshrajya with wisdom and rationality. Peace resides in the island, more than anything else. But when the charming young prince of one of the world's most powerful Indian empires arrives with an offer of alliance to the kingdom with a strange price, will the peace remain? Even if the price is the forceful sending of Adhira, all the way to their empire, to be used as a military weapon? Even if the queen's queendom is threatened if she isn't sent? ~An Indian historical fantasy fiction.~ #130 In Wattpad India #1 in Indian Fantasy Copyright © 2022 Sherynnn1000

𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲? 𝗔 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁? But are you sure it's beautiful... and not painful? Dev Oberoi might disagree. Young, wealthy, dangerously handsome-Dev had everything. As the second eldest son of one of the world's richest families, life had always been in his control. Money, power, and simplicity were all that mattered. Until a pair of ocean blue eyes met his hazel ones, and his world shifted. A single glance. A fleeting moment. But the spark it left behind was undeniable. Days turned into weeks, then months. Casual encounters became café meet-ups, then something deeper. Love found its way in. But love doesn't always last. On what should have been the happiest morning of his life, Dev received a single message. "We're over." No explanations. No warnings. Just an end. And Ivara Shekhawat? Elegant, fierce, yet soft-hearted-she was a mix of an angel and a devil. Love was never meant for her, not when her own family saw her as a burden. But Dev made her believe in the impossible. For the first time, she had someone who made her feel cherished. For the first time, she dreamed. Until she was forced to destroy it all. That was five years ago. Now, fate plays its cruelest trick. A high-end restaurant. A marriage proposal. A man who never forgot. A woman who never stopped hurting. Dev walks in, expecting just another business dinner for his brother's proposal. Instead, he finds her-dressed in a waitress's uniform, standing before him like a ghost from the past. Coincidence? Or a twisted game of destiny? The past is still there, lingering in the air between them. The pain, the longing, the unanswered questions. The fire never died-it was only buried under five years of unresolved emotions, the fire has now re ignited, but now with flames of revenge and sickening desires. Will love get a second chance? Or will it get destroyed under this new borne Fire? (Sequel to 'Arranged
