Silver the Hedgehog, who now resides in the present instead of the future, gets abruptly, but cordially invited to partake in the next winter-based Olympics tournament. But unbeknownst to everyone, even his "friend" Blaze, Silver had been having these mysterious dreams. These dreams? So real that they blur the line between asleep and awake. So familiar, so vivid, that it's scary....too scary....

The blue hero of Mobius with a regular girl who lives far out on the city's outskirts. Amy believed that when Sonic finally accepted her, he would begin to warm up and match her affection for him. However, it seems her daredevil hedgehog boyfriend hasn't changed much since the days of her chasing him around. He's distant, rarely comes to visit her, and barely ever mentions his relationship with her outside of dates Amy plans for them. Shadow the Hedgehog is widely seen as a loner hedgehog that no one outside a few people can interact with successfully. The Ultimate Lifeform is still haunted by his past visions of Maria, his best friend, and granddaughter of Gerald Robotnik. He doesn't enjoy being around people, particularly Sonic due to his annoyingly enthusiastic personality contrasting to his own serious, focused one. No one has ever been able to make Shadow feel the way Maria has. No one has been able to make him hope again. On the night of Princess Sally's Birthday Ball, a truth is revealed to Amy about Sonic. Something...unexpected, causes her to run away from the party ashamed. That same night she shows someone the extent of her strength that she holds back. It's safe to say he's impressed... That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).

He held the book against his chest as if his life depended on it. He had promised, he wouldn't let go of it. His breath was heavy and ragged, the smoke filling his lungs intrusively. Green eyes snapped everywhere, looking desperately for an exit. He jumped when his back met the thick wall behind him, his eyes landing on the awful smoky creature. Each step it took made a sloppy sound that made the blue hedgehog cringing. Sonic was screwed. He tightly shut his eyes as he saw the creature jumping towards him, protecting the book instinctively. But when he thoughts that he would hear his own scream, his ears perked up at the sound of an audible squeak and a grunt. He peeked one eye out, seeing only smoke from where the monster was a second ago. Sonic's eyes widened and he looked around immediately, his hands slightly shaking. As he looked up at a roof, he noticed a silhouette, standing there, a giant smoky scythe resting over his shoulder. His crimson red eyes locked onto green emerald ones. "Pathetic." the figure said, making a shiver run up Sonic's spine."
