Deep into last century, humans began to show a string of genetic mutations that allowed many new generations to exhibit supernatural abilities. The spectrum is wide and new symptoms continue to appear everyday. Concerned with the world's safety, the International Government Safety from Interterrestrial Threat, IGSIT, formed to protect the Earth's citizens. There, the containment facilities were created. Unused islands were converted into fully functional Academy's for the mutated. There, the students are taught to control their abilities away from danger. Once proven to be suitable, they are welcomed back with open-arms into society.

Wrong dose

23 parts Complete

When twins Skylar and Jake were born, their scientist parents used them as an experiment. Each was injected with a dose of serum that would supposedly make them much stronger, smarter, simply better than other kids. But somebody added a chemical that changed the effects of the serum. As a result each twin got only half of the traits they were originally supposed to get. Skylar got the strength and speed while Jake got the brains. When they realized what had happened, the twins' parents immediately put them up for adoption, so neither one knew of the other. 12 years later Skylar is constantly failing all her classes, and Jake is getting bullied because he is so much weaker than other kids. But then Skylar's adoptive family decides to move across the country to find a new school for their daughter, which happens to be the school Jake goes to. They meet completely by accident. In the meantime, their parents have found a way to fix their mistake from 12 years ago -- they can make one of the twins perfect. But it requires for the other twin to give their life.
