Desolation

The New World had begun many moons ago....

The Supernatural rose into existence and a devastating war with humans wrecked the earth. With hardly anything to salvage, every species decided to fend for themselves. All fleeing and claiming their own corners of the world. The vampires, or what was left of them, followed the humans and have been in desperate warfare for their food source ever since. The witches built magical cities protected by Defenders and kept to themselves. They had managed to thrive in the new life. The fairies went into hiding and haven't been seen in years. Most believe that they never really existed in the first place. The shifters, however, took over old lands. They let the trees and wildlife grow and prosper, rebuilding a whole new world with nothing but memories of cities.

But as much as the shifters pride themselves with being one with nature, Their goddess was unhappy. The gift she had once blessed to the shifters was being abused. The Humans half of the soul ruled the mind and pushed their animal counter parts to the side. So in spite, the Moon goddess created the Blood Moon's Curse. Any child born to the moon while red, would be a child ruled by the animal.

With so much tension building, everything is sure to fall apart. For the feral have been lurking in the shadows too long and now a Queen has been born with every intention to lead them.
