Nyima and her athletic older sister Yazmina get the chance to go join Camp Cretaceous, but most people don't know much about her as she is very secretive. Her sister is the only one that knows that she is into hidden mysteries and knows a lot about animals whether they're from Mythology, or your every day animal, or animals that are extinct like the dinosaurs as she loves to read. She leaves the sporty stuff for her sister even though her parents forced Nyima to do some running, long jump and high jump, along with throwing her into Gymnastics. Which she doesn't actually mind. She ended up getting to go to Camp Cretaceous because of a Gymnastics sponsorship. One of the differences between the sisters is that Nyima is absolutely curious about new things, but she also loves helping animal conservations, as she also gets to travel a lot because of her sister and her sponsorships. Another difference is that Nyima has blue hair while her sister has black raven hair. Nyima is secretly a Dinosaur fan, but her favorite Dinosaur is the Velociraptor. Her second being the Tarbosaurus. So, when she meets Phoenix Grady, who works with the Velociraptors she can't help but ask questions. She also becomes quick friends with Brooklynn as they both love a good mystery and that their hair colors are different colors too, she also becomes quick friends with Darius who loves Dinosaurs just like her. Eight teenagers go to the same camp, with different backgrounds, different friend groups. They lived pretty normal lives, well as they seem normal to them. They want to go to this summer camp to learn, do team building activities, and make new friends. Normal summer camp things. Well, one teenager isn't new to this camp. Actually, this teenager grew up there. That one teenager has a mission, kill those with abilities. Kill those with powers. The other seven teenagers was new to the "camp activities". Six of these seven have seen each other before, but has zero memories of each other. Those six have three things in common: dreams, marks, and powers. Three was already friends and grew up together, two was friends from their parents and possibly dating. The six person was dating one of the three childhood friends. Can you piece this all together? She's an intelligent creature that feels empathy and deserves some kind of respect!" -------------------- Alpine Claw has been from foster home to foster home after her dad and brother's disappearance and her mother's death. It didn't help how every family she was sent to always threw her away like she wasn't a human being in the end, rendered an annoyance. Her current situation isn't any better, and there are moments she's wondered if going back to the mind-numbing systems and the orphanage would be better. Upon winning an archery competition involving a guarantee trip to a State of the Art camp on Isla Nublar as its prize, Alpine believes she's finally able to let out the breath she knew she's been holding and enjoy her break from her tormenting foster family. That is until shady experiments backfire and cause mass evacuation. Except part of those experiments resulted in the discovery of a young hybrid who imprinted on Alpine after the 14 year old witnessed the hybrid hatch-- which she wasn't supposed to. Now, alongside six other campers, Alpine must survive on the dinosaur-infested island while protecting her friends from certain death. When a pack of raptors stumble upon a destroyed rex nest, they find that one egg survived the unfortunate incident.
